“My business website was old and outdated so I hired Nate Houstman to build me a new one. He was so easy to work with and he had great ideas to build me an interactive site that really shows off what we do! The look is exactly what I envisioned. Nate finished the website promptly and made sure it was easily accessible on the web. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! If you’re looking for an awesome web designer to build you a user friendly website, I highly recommend Nate Houstman.” – Michelle Ahrendsen, Owner of The Pet Place,

Working with Michelle was a blast, because we both understand customer service. I help businesses succeed on the web, and I love the direct relationships small businesses have with their clients.

What do you do for people? Where do you provide value, and how do get that across to customers? How can online technology enhance your marketing and customer experience?

I don’t just make websites, I make strategies. The Pet Place already had good content on its old site, and a healthy Facebook presence. However its method of signing up clients was outdated, and needed a boost in Google. I made an online boarding form and guided Michelle in completing her Google My Business profile. I also got her signed up to a web host with superior support.

Your online presence is probably very different. You may need far less time spent, or much more. I charge hourly on projects because every client is unique.

What I will do is talk with you, find out your concerns. What I’ve learned in helping clients is the importance of human connection (and animal connections if you work with pets).

For bigger projects, I offer financing solutions. I have a PayPal business account which enables PayPal Credit. This is a financing service that lets you pay over time.
