Meeting schedule / frequency
As we’re a rather small group, holding weekly meetings has proven to be a bit difficult with time management, let’s consider getting a fixed schedule with bi-weekly (or whatever is more appropriate) meetings instead.

The support team wishes find a good baseline for how to distinguish between what is considered commercial support, and also be more transparent about the process that occurs when commercial support is discovered.
